- Opened 44 clinics in 4 years (throughout Covid), establishing a clear Greenfield blueprint and rollout capabilities
- Ensured consistent like-for-like growth of clinic estate, even during Covid
- Set up and successively strengthened Board of Directors with industry and functional experts
- Built up HQ from scratch, with over 92 FTEs today, setting up processes and organisation
- Redefined marketing strategy, rebranding and establishing strong digital presence
- Overhauled patient experience, using FMCG and eCommerce experts to build CRM and patient UX and interface
