Alexander Rosenthal

Alex is a Director in Verlinvest’s US office where he leads US Platform investments. A Los Angeles native, he joined Verlinvest its Asia office, based in Singapore, investing throughout India and Southeast Asia. Alex has invested throughout his career in trailblazing founders and companies that are creating rich consumer services and experiences, with prior investments that cover sports, media and entertainment, education, travel, and hospitality/food service.
Alex currently serves, or has served, on the boards of K1 Speed, Pedego, Summer Discovery, Crimson Education, Collegewise, and the European International School.
Prior to joining Verlinvest Alex received his MBA from Harvard Business School and BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with majors in Mathematics, Economics, and Chinese. Prior to Verlinvest, he worked at Temasek, W Capital Partners, and JPMorgan Chase in its Chief Investment Office.
Alex can be found on weekends at parks around Manhattan with his wife and two sons.
