I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and with a LLM from Duke University School of Law, North Carolina, USA. I practiced law in Brussels and New York working for major international law firms (Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and White & Case LLP) for a period of five years (I am also admitted to the New York Bar). I thereafter worked as legal counsel for the General Partner of a Luxembourg registered specialised investment fund, Natural Resources Value Fund, for three years.

Since May 2017, I have been acting as a Corporate and M&A lawyer at Verlinvest. In that role, I mainly assist the Investment Team in the review and negotiation of all legal documents which go hand in hand with an investment or a divestment. Since the beginning of 2022, I have also been coordinating ESG for Verlinvest internally and in its interactions with its portfolio companies, relative to their ESG strategy and targets.
