Isha Dhoble

I grew up in Ujjain, a small town with a big heart, before pursuing Engineering from IIT Delhi. Eager to build a career in business, I later completed my MBA at INSEAD. 

I began my career at Urban Company in its early days, launching and scaling new service categories in a fast-paced startup environment. I then moved to Epigamia, working in the CEO’s office across business functions to build a strong understanding of how consumer brands grow and operate. I eventually led marketing for Epigamia through phases of rapid growth and category expansion. From brand building and product launches to digital innovation, I helped shape the narrative of one of India’s most loved emerging consumer brands.

Today, at Verlinvest, I am part of the Operational Excellence Team, partnering with consumer businesses across Asia to unlock growth and profitability. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to craft brand strategy, design go-to-market plans, and drive results through sharp execution.

When I am not working, I am usually reading, planning my next getaway, or knee-deep in yarn thanks to my crochet obsession.
