Manvitha Janagam

I hold an MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and a Bachelors in Architecture from IIT Kharagpur.

Prior to joining Verlinvest, I worked at a growth fund, Gaja Capital where I focused on investments in consumer and financial services. Prior to Gaja, I worked at IFC-World Bank, in their manufacturing & consumer-focused investments team. I started my career as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank, in their EMEA real estate division.

I joined Verlinvest in 2020, and I focus on opportunities in the digital consumer space in India.  I work closely with our portfolio companies Purplle, a leading digital beauty platform in India, Byjus, market leader in edtech in India, and Wakefit, leading digital player in India’s home solutions.
