I joined Verlinvest in March 2022 as Head of HR and am primarily focused on managing all financial people-related matters, from compensation, to reporting and budgetary follow-up to ensure top-notch compliance. I also work with Verlinvest’s management team to develop People Strategy and HR Policies that align with the company’s business goals.
I hold a Commercial Engineering degree from Solvay Business School (Université libre de Bruxelles) supplemented by a Master in Tax from Solvay Business School. Following this, I gained additional qualifications in HR Management at ICHEC Brussels Management School.
I spent the first 10 years of my career at EY (formerly Ernst & Young) in the Human Capital Tax department, managing corporate client’s HR tax-related concerns and their international mobility. I then held several internal HR positions, mainly relating to Compensation and Benefits, at several companies and across various sectors.
