Prashant is an independent advisor and consultant, specializing in innovation and supply chain management. He has over 35 years of experience in multiple regional leadership roles with Cadbury Schweppes, across Asia and Africa, including senior roles such as Executive Board Member of Cadbury India, Head of R&D for Africa India & the Middle East, Head of R&D for Asia Pacific, Global Supply Chain lead for Chocolate Category in APAC etc.
He is currently the CEO of IWB Consultants, a consulting company that provides end-to-end solutions in new product development, integrated supply chain, project management & technology management to food and pharmaceutical companies across Asia. He also consults with A*STAR (Singapore) in research areas related to I4.0 Manufacturing, Hyper Personalization for FMCG etc. As a certified corporate coach from ICF he enjoys training the next generation leaders in India, Singapore, Vietnam & China.
Prashant graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology (Mumbai) with a Master’s degree in Engineering, specializing in production technology and machine tool design. He was awarded the Institution of Engineers Gold medal during his graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
